YouTube Shorts is a short-form video-sharing option by YouTube, basically a knockoff of TikTok. The platform hosts user content much like YouTube's primary service but limits the short VERTICAL videos to a maximum length of 60 seconds.
Sign in to your YouTube Studio account at: https://studio.youtube.com
In the top-right corner, click CREATE. Select "Upload videos".
Select a short-video file on your computer: Up to 60 seconds, with a square or vertical aspect ratio.
